Many gyms will tell you what they do/offer, but it's very rare to hear the 'why'. The passion behind what they do/offer. This is what attracted me to join Valesco, the coaches 'why', the reasons behind what they do/offer.

From the first communication with Amy, and in each of my 3 sessions per week with the different coaches, (Ellie, Leila and Amy), Valesco's 'why' is crystal clear.

Their passion for building a community who support one another's fitness goals/achievements, regardless of how much you can lift, how high you can jump, or how fast you can row, is inspiring.

Each session I have been in, there is a clear dedicated and committed approach from each coach to show a committed interest in each member's progress.

And, as you look around the group during the sessions, what stands out as a reflection of what Valesco is all about, is the diverse representation of the members present in the class.
